At the beginning of the pandemic, she left her high-profile job as author of Fortune’s Term Sheet to pursue her own path with The Profile, a new media company she founded to focus on learning from the most successful people and companies.

We talk about the challenges she has encountered along the way, beginning with moving to the United States as a kid and having to learn English.
