Founder and CEO
Chief Operating Officer
Amin is focused on driving priorities, measuring outcomes, and delivering real results. He brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services and wealth management industries, and has led digital, people, and process improvements for startup and Fortune 100 companies. Most recently, he helped Personal Capital scale to unicorn status, leading to its acquisition by Empower Retirement. In his spare time, Amin enjoys spending time in the Rocky Mountains with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder.
Chief Technology Officer
Bradford brings more than 20 years of engineering experience to his role as CTO at Alto—with expertise across e-commerce, computational genomics, and healthcare. He has helped a number of companies elevate their platforms for growth and exit preparation, including: Home Healthcare Laboratories of America (acquired by LabCorp), Change Healthcare (acquired by Emdeon), and Emma (acquired by Campaign Monitor).
Chief Revenue Officer
Tara is an expert at building and scaling companies by focusing on growth strategies—while also prioritizing financial discipline. In her early career, Tara managed global sales strategy and business development for German automotive giant, Daimler AG. She then went on to lead enterprise sales and strategic partnership as Chief Commercial Officer of CommonBond, a Series D FinTech firm. Under her leadership, CommonBond raised $130M in equity funding and more than $3B in debt financing to support consumer lending and SaaS technology. Tara is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of South Carolina.

Jamie specializes in leading cross-functional teams in leading edge and bleeding edge technology development efforts ranging from silicon to SaaS. Prior to joining Alto, he was the Founder and CEO of Initial State, a SaaS data platform that was acquired by Tektronix (NYSE:FTV) in 2018. His work has been featured in magazines such as Popular Science, MAKE:, and MagPi, as well as tech media websites such as LifeHacker, Hackaday, and Network World. A graduate of the University of Kentucky, he has extensive experience in intellectual property and holds 17 issued patents.
