Strategy:
Single asset deals have become a meaningful piece of the growing secondary market.
Liquidity Renaissance in Private Markets:
Capitalizes on the growing trend of increased liquidity in private markets, enabling more efficient access to exits compared to traditional private equity models.
Targeting Exits via Pre-IPO Private Secondary Trades:
Focuses on pre-IPO secondary trades to offer liquidity before public offerings and potentially reduce holding periods. As single asset deals gain significance in the secondary market (see chart), the strategy leverages these transactions for more targeted exits, particularly in pre-IPO companies.
Reducing Risk of Delayed IPO/M&A:
Can help mitigate some of the uncertainty around IPO and M&A timelines by utilizing secondary market transactions for more predictable exit strategies.
Late-Stage U.S. & Select European Companies:
The fund focuses on 70% secondaries and 30% primary follow-ons in late-stage, Series B+, Pre-IPO U.S. companies, with selective exposure to Europe.

Portfolio Composition:

C-FPV
Our first pure defense technology investment, C-FPV, develops counter-drone systems in response to the rapid global proliferation of drones. As the earliest-stage investment in the portfolio to date, it provides long-duration exposure with asymmetric upside potential, contingent on the team's execution in product development and market traction.
NewCleo New
Cleo was selected following an in-depth analysis of the small modular reactor (SMR) sector, outlined in our SMR Market Report (June 2025). Our investment was contingent on the company’s announced partnership with U.S.-based Oklo. We are particularly aligned with NewCleo’s vertically integrated strategy across fuel (MOX) and reactor development, as well as its acquisitions of critical suppliers — anticipating future bottlenecks in reactor components and accessories. This investment reflects our core strategy of targeting inputs to transformative industries.
Redwood Materials (subject to ROFR)
Initially known for EV battery recycling, Redwood Materials has expanded to become a key supplier of critical power solutions for data centers and AI infrastructure. Its positioning at the intersection of AI, energy, and materials aligns closely with America 2030’s thesis of capturing value where foundational inputs converge.
The IPO CLUB Team
The team is committed to building strong deal flow and internal processes, leveraging on its operating experience, relevant network and expertise.
